Crowthorne BC members

Crowthorne Bridge Club was founded circa 1972 and currently has over 100 members - a brief club history.

The club has met at various venues in the past, but from July 2008 its regular meeting place will be Eversley Cricket Club.

Bridge is played on Monday and Tuesday evenings commencing at 7:30pm.

Please note the Lonely Hearts telephone numbers (in the panel on the bottom right) for those occasions when you are without a partner.

All the special events in our calendar are open to all our members, so please come along and support us.

We have a lively Christmas party, and each autumn 40-50 members of the club stay in a hotel for two nights of competive bridge and fun! (2007 pictures)

This year four teams are representing the club in the Bracknell Bridge League. If you are interested in playing for a team please contact Jill Guy, teams secretary.

We also hold heats of the Committee Cup and the Waller Bowl, which are respectively the Berks and Bucks club teams and club pairs championships.

Our aim at Crowthorne Bridge Club has always been to play good bridge in an enjoyable atmosphere. We have a reputation for being a friendly club. We hope you enjoy your evening with us.
