Here is my feeble attempt to score maximum points:

1. 5C - partner is probably weak with 5-4 or more likely 6-4 shape. Won't look for the slam which at best is probably 50%. If he has xx Qxxx x Kxxxxx he probably would have jumped.
2. Dble - partner may have something in clubs or diamonds or even a penalty of 2.
3. 4H - hopefully shows something like this.
4. Pass - if we have enough for slam presumably he would have bid 3.
5. 1NT - despite the poor hearts
6. 2H - North will have a fair number of diamonds so don't fancy chances of defeating 2
7. Dble - and expect the worst. Alternative 4 non-leaping Michaels.
8. 4D - seems right on LTC. Will bid 4 over 4

Here is my contribution:-

1. 3 : Partner knows I'm strong and all of his bids have been forced.
2. Dble : Possible penalty.
3. Dble : Partner's failed to dble so possibly short in 's and long in 's.
4. 4NT : Partner must be holding 's & 's .
5. 1 : Moysian fit preferable to 1NT, partner could have bid NT with stop.
6. Pass : Partner has indicated a desire to penalise hopefully N has stuck his neck out.
7. 3 : Partner knows the position N S have very little.
8. 4 : Let them make the decision at the 4 level.
